Provide Export facility for Product and Sales Codes - To support mass update and later import of updated stock and prices

We have quite a large set of purchase and sales stock codes and it would be really useful to support a full export (in CSV) that can be modified / updated (via Excel or Pages) and then re-imported. The current update process is way too lengthy.

Publish a list of known issues

This would save your support team a lot of work. Publish a list of ongoing support issues so that we don't keep sending you tickets for known ongoing problems

Option to choose length of inactivity before auto logging out

I find, and some clients have commented, that Kashflow logs out too quickly and it is frustrating having to log in so frequently. Can we have an option to extend the inactivity period?

To be able to delete old templates in the journal section

Jouranls are amended on a regular basis e.g wages. When you create a new suitable template for a journal, you have to scroll through all the old templates to get to the ones you need. Would be helpful to be able to delete old templates.

Mispostings Account/Write-Offs System

I have encountered an issue with KashFlow, whereby 'Old/Aged' Purchases as far back as 2010 are showing up as 'Overdue' and thus effecting the true balance of what Monies is owed out on the Dashboard. This must've occurred in the importing process...

In VAT Journals I need to be able to choose what VAT rate is applicable to which posting to enable net sales amounts to appear on VAT Returns.
