Edit list of countries

We have a customer who has listed his country as 'South Korea' and I am unable to enter this exactly as he has requested.

Customer address needs more lines

There are not enough lines for customer address. Can at least 2 further lines be added.

remove country

PLEASE remove the United Kingdom at the end of customer addresses. I aleady have to fit addresses in to a standard envelope window. This is so annoying and looks unprofessional
