Despite talking with your "help" crew, I cannot understand why on the new dashboard, having a lower cost of sales contributor for the current period (compared with the last period) is seen as a negative - with a thumbs down.
Having a lower expenses contributor is seen as a positive which is correct.
So why do you want a business to have a higher cost of sales than last time?
Totally agree with this - also don't need the little patronising thumbs-up icons or the red/green colour coding. I can see when one number is lower or higher than another. Whether than is good or bad is my business, it's not up to my accounting software to pat me on the head with gold stars!
