Small businesses where staff generate sales invoices do not always want those staff to know monthly turnover figures for the company or historical income and expenditure information such as wages and directors remuneration/directors loan accounts. There should be a level where staff can generate sales invoices and quotes and update basic customer information such as addresses, telephone numbers and e mail addresses without having access to any other information on the system. Currently there is such a level (although inputting customers information is limited which is a pain) but this has not been carried across in the update.

This could be a deal breaker for us, we are currently not prepared to give our employees access to the turnover figures for our business. We want them to be able to generate and send invoices from our shops, add new customers and new products if necessary and that is all. If we can't do this then I don't think Kashflow will work for our business which is a real shame because the other features are great for us.
