I have been using Kashflow since 2014 and it is the centre point of my company management system. Whenever I receive a new order, it is immediately placed into Kashflow as an invoice. I am trialling Zapier as a means to help automate as much of my workload as possible. I need to make a Google Sheets entry for every new order I get, but the only triggers available are 'search for an invoice by number' and 'search for a customer by name'. If I put in a known invoice number into a Zapier zap, the process works perfectly, but I need to do this every time a new invoice is added, whatever its number. Is this something you could look at please?
