Customers ring to ask for bank details after receiving a statement. The details are on an invoice but customers pay from the statement.

      I guess this would be relatively easy to implement from Kashflow.
      There's already provision for custom fields on other types:
      https://app.kashflow.com/PDFThemes_Edit.asp
      The Statement PDF looks to be omitted from this list.
