Hi - I think Kashflow is missing out on a major feature that might set it apart from its competitors - namely the ability to create work schedules - as it stands I have a work around that can make Kashflow help to do do this, however, there are work scheduling software products out there which also create quotations and invoices etc in the same way Kashflow does which we are considering switching to as our business grows (eg Workforce, Jobber, Service Autopilot to name a few).
FYI the workaround is done by creating a set of invoices with the same date from which I create a csv file with a list of the customers names and addresses relative to the invoices on it; from this I then create a schedule spreadsheet and add the work required for each individual customer - obviously this is a tedious process and one which Kashflow is not built for but it works so if I can make it happen with the limited tools at my disposal hopefully Kashflow can come up with something more integrated.
