It would be great to have some form of confirmation or flag that an emailed invoice has been opened, at what time and date
It would save the "I didn't receive it" excuse from clients wanting to delay payments, and also to show us those that genuinely haven't opened it so we can assume it hasn't reached them and follow it up manually?
OK, If you refuse to incorporate Read Requests, why not take note of your competitors that allow an invoice to be viewed online, that way you wont rely on an email Read Request, as you can track users who have viewed from the invoice ID?
This is a really important function that a lot of your peers incorporate already?
Hi, thanks for your suggestion which is a great idea. Unfortunately, we are not able to track the emails that are sent from KashFlow in this way.
