Help us improve

to be able to see the reminders for invoices that get sent out.

We have many clients that say they never receive a reminder for payment. we would then be able to see when it was sent to them.

    thank you or how else can we check when the follow up emails are sent out? there is simply no record.

    Thank you for your reply.  I have arranged for a support ticket to be raised to investigate why you are not receiving copies of the emails and will also consider adding a record of the reminders to the invoice history.

    No this is not what i meant. My email address is already in the setting you mentioned below.

    When the system sends out follow up reminders for clients to pay the invoice - you do not get a copy of this email sent to you. Neither can you check in the history of the invoice of when they were sent out

    Hi, it is possible to see a copy of all reminder letters by putting an email address in Settings > Automatic Credit Control > BCC Address.
