We used to have a handy little feature that used to turn the VAT numbers entered green if they were valid. On the recent update (changing to customers/suppliers screens) this feature has disappeared.
Please bring it back, it saves me having to keep checking on www.vat-search.co.uk to ensure the number is valid when entering it!
It would be a nice feature if you do bring it back to have green text for current and valid, and maybe a red for an unrecognised number and orange for an expired number? - Maybe even a verification check like the above website does where it confirms the VAT registered name to the number?
