I would like to suggest a simple facility that will send invoices as soon as they are raised, I thought this feature was already available until I checked today and it isn't. Simply put, what is required is that when an invoice is created and saved you are prompted to send this invoice NOW! to email it to the customer.
It could also be integrated into the API so that when an invoice is created outside of Kashflow the programmer can code this facility into their solution, that way they are not having to keep reminding the accounts department to send invoices every week and we get paid even quicker ;) ;)
The ideal location to find this feature would be Settings > Invoice Options
