Having employees leaving I'm unable to delete them as additional users,the only option is to disable them.
To delete would be useful as you don't want by any chance someone logging in to mess up your accounts.
An Archive or remove from active view option would be a better option

Thank you for your suggestion. The user information is used to stamp to the audit reports therefore deleting from the system will cause problems with storing this information in the audit trail. As such we would not look to implement this change.
