Order Acknowledgements

When an order is received, there is no way to produce an Order Acknowledgement. Most of our customers expect this so currently we must create a copy in Excel.

    Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. Do you currently use an ecommerce or inventory management system with KashFlow? We would recommend using a system such as this alongside KashFlow if you wish to manage your inventory and send out things like order acknowledgements. Unfortunately we dont currently have plans to add additional inventory management functions such as this. Many thanks

    Hi To have the facility to convert a quote into an order acknowledgment when confirming receipt back to a customer, would be a great advantage. We would not wish this to be in an inventory system, as there are no stock movements at this stage, until the order is actually processed.

    Don't need inventory control, just an easy way to acknowledge we have received an order - even if it was an option such a tick box on an invoice, so that the format is changed slightly would be better than nothing. At the moment we have to create the order in Excel, to do the Acknowledgement and then retype into Kashflow to raise the invoice - this is very time consuming.

    Hi - No we do not use an ecommerce or inventory system, nor do we require these. We know we can rename "Quotes" to do what we need, but we would like to have the option to do both.
    I.e. Quotes, into Order Ack, into Invoice.

    I have a need to send order acknowledgments and have no need of inventory management. I view it as a basic function of an accountancy package.
    Is there any way this can be done?
