A payment acknowledgement email, after invoice has been paid

In a similar way to emailing invoices to customers via a button, a template for an acknowledgement of payment. This helps reassure customers who are BACSing us for the first time.

This shouldn't be too hard to implement as it is me who is entering in the data and filling in the payment info??

    I'm sorry but your answer is not the answer to my request. I do not have cards registered with kashflow. I want to be able to email a standard ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to the customer after they have paid a bill. We have lots of people paying for the first time by BACS and they want to know it has arrived OK. The email is on the system, it is very similar as the system for chasing late payments, to send letters asking for it to be paid....

    Great news - we added this functionality in December.  You can turn it on under Settings > Card Options and select "email me when customer pays me".
