Delivery Notes for Partial Shipments

At present it is not possible to generate a delivery note for part of an order without copying the invoice, deleting the bits that aren't shipping at that time then deleting the invoice. What is needed is the ability to specify quantities of each item when generating the delivery note.

    This falls under an advanced stock management functionality that KashFlow does not currently offer.
