You can now create Customer Statements in the currency of your default account (Example if you setup your IRIS KashFlow account in Euro then all your Customer Statements will appear in Euro). This is configured by selecting ‘Home Currency’ in the Company Details screen in the Settings section of KashFlow
However at this stage you are unable to create Customer Statements in the currency of your customers – this is currently being investigated with a view to being rolled out next year.
This would be incredibly helpful, i am currently having to create a statement by exporting the information into excel and the custting and pasting on to our letterhead. This admin response was dated 2022 it is now 2024 and this has not been rolled out. Please advise if this will happen as it would be so useful
@admin response 8/12/22, sorry but that’s not a part release! If you create an account in dollars you would expect everything to show in dollars. It’s great that the issue is being considered though, but in the meantime it’s absolutely no change.
This is marked as 'Released' - so has it been, and if so where is the documentation about it / how do we enable and use it?
Is this going to happen, how lo g more do we have to wait??????

Please can we have an update on the expected time for delivery on this?
Essential for my business too. How come something as fundamental as this which was first raised almost three years ago has not yet been fixed?
This is essential for me. We have large multi-stage projects that are invoiced in parts and it's essential to be able to send clients statements. Sending them in GBP when the invoices are in EUR is confusing and useless. How can I vote for this?
Five months on from this being 'top of the list' - how is this progressing?
If we send out a quote which includes various options, we use the tick box at the foot of the page, so that Kashflow doesn't total up all the options provided, which would give a totally misleading total cost.
However, once the option not to provide a total is used, Kashflow then also removes any indications regarding currency and VAT - see attached example.
When using this option, we have to remember to manually insert the comments regarding figures in GBP and that they exclude VAT.
I just thought I'd mention it, as we had an issue recently with a prospective client on the Continent, who said he assumed our quote was in Euros as there was no currency indication!
This is essential....
I am considering other packages at the moment as editing KashFlow takes too much time...
I agree. I need this feature
I need this
Statements in other currencies are essential....
KashFlow misses a lot of essential tools for trading with other European countries....
You need to catch up with other packages
It causes a lot of wasted time editing pdf statements with a pdf editor....
