- it would cover many of the integration requests from users, including:
Amazon S3, SMTP, twitter, facebook, google drive, zendesk, paypal, mailchimp, basecamp. salesforce, google contacts, highrise, eventbright, zendesk, freshbooks, and many more....

Unfortunately we are not looking to integrate with Zapier following initial investigations into the product. We have recently launched a partnership with ConnectMyApps to provide an integration platform for our KashFlow customers, if there's anything missing let us know!

Zapier has become indispensable to many small business like mine and has become pretty much the leader in this field. Connectmyapps doesn't handle some of the basic essential tools, for example; campaign monitor, gmail, airtable & slack are all key components of my toolbox and are very widely used by other and not supported on CMA.

Are you saying that you have made an active choice of CMA over zapier? Just wondering if you think this is a better system and if so what are you basing this on.

Folks... ConnectMyApps is not fit for purpose... It fails utterly to handle WooCommerce transactions and I've found that when married to WooCommerce it is creating random VAT percentages just to try and match up the data.

There is a serious problem with the lack of multi-decimal point support in Kashflow that exacerbates the problem and I've found myself facing a manual edit of every single transaction handled through the ConnectMyApps integration because the data is plain wrong in the majority of transactions.

Throw in the lack of duplicate detection for existing Paypal imported transactions and the whole thing is a mess.

Money down the drain and it's patently obvious you have tossed your responsibility for integration to a third party.

For now it's necessary to go back to manual export and CSV import to resolve my particular issue but you need to review this and look at other options.

Just to add that connect my apps is EXTREMELY expensive for what you get - zapier has better functionality and is a fraction of the cost

    Another vote for zapier integration

You are taking a very narrow approach on this guys. Zapier is the leader, it's an incredible platform. This lack of Zapier connection is holding us back big time.

Hi, having just trialled ConnectMyApps it doesn't do what we need it to and with Zapier we can link multi zaps that makes it much more powerful than just transferring our sales from Shopify to Kashflow.

It's a poor copy of zapier basically, please look at it again.

Hi - whilst you may have reservations about Zapier. you are perhaps not appreciating that many Kashflow users utilise it for other solutions. Your user base often use many cloud apps. Even basic functionality via Zapier would be useful. If you do not embrace, we will be forced to pay for alternative subscriptions to similar services. I do not think you stance here is customer centric - Zapier Is the market leader and widely used.

    Hi Jo,

We expect to announce something in the next two months that will provide some great functionality in this area for our clients. We will post an update on Canvass as soon as the integration is complete.

You mentioned PayPal and Mailchimp there, both of these are currently available within the KashFlow app. Would you like a member of the team to get in touch to help you set these up?

    Many thanks,

    Tom

When will there be news about ability to integrate with other applications via an alternative to Zapier? To improve business process on behalf of a client I would like to integrate her Kashflow app with CRM, Paypal, Mailchimp among others.

Please advise what other options are being considered? I would like to look at them in relation to the other apps being used by my client.

Also is there a timeline for delivery of this option so I can manage expectations?

    Many thanks

    Hi Wesley,

Please be assured that we are actively looking at new integrations to replace those previously available through OneSaas. Our philosophy is most certainly that less is more, we are looking to integrate with platforms that provide a quality integration for our users and represent real value to our customers rather than a sea of choices that actually offer no more than an occasional data call.

We are looking at areas such as payments, CRM and eCommerce for integrations and will have some news on this very soon.

    Thanks,

    Tom

I feel this is an area Kashflow is lacking in. It seems that recently kashflow is not quite the forward thinking and growing cloud solution that it seemed to be originally. OneSaas connectivity is no longer available either. IFTT is also an option but I think Zapier seems more business orientated.

    Hi Rich,

We have looked at Zapier a number of times over the years but unfortunately are not looking to move discussions any further at this time. We believe that there are much more comprehensive solutions on the market that offer multi-integration capability and as such we will be focusing upon those areas before actioning any additional integrations.

    Thanks,

    Tom

Definitely a powerful feature to have integrated. In terms of marketing & follow up, the integration between Kashflow and Zapier would fill all holes we currently have in our funnel. For instance a new invoice is created - this could then fire off an email in the not supported Active Campaign. Leading to testimonials/feedback & further work. This integration is at the top of my list, unfortunately Xero is ahead of the game and already supports Zapier...
