Zapier Integration
- it would cover many of the integration requests from users, including:
Amazon S3, SMTP, twitter, facebook, google drive, zendesk, paypal, mailchimp, basecamp. salesforce, google contacts, highrise, eventbright, zendesk, freshbooks, and many more....
That's great news, but you've chosen a very weird couple of Triggers to start with. Will you be adding more? For example, invoice created, invoice marked as paid, would be more useful as Triggers?

KashFlow now integrates with Zapier

Yep, looks like we're probably going to leave Kashflow due to lack of Zapier integration

Still no Zapier integration! Looks like I will be leaving soon!

This is a real shame. ConnectMyApps is very limited and expensive for small businesses...no Google integrations or MySQL even. In the long term I will have to consider switching to Quickbooks as a result.

Came back to check to see if integration had been implemented yet. The answer is no. I've been with Kashflow for a long time, but they're making it more and more difficult for me to stay a loyal customer without simple support like Zapier.

2 years on and with ConnectMyApps still your only integration... it's so much more expensive, restrictive on lower-priced plans and does not even having a simple integration to things like Stripe, Trello and to many email marketing platforms. Zapier IS the preferred choice in this API automation marketplace and you should really be looking at this guys.

Please, please, please KF, think again about this

Hi Kashflow team, I would also like to vote for Zapier, as it will integrate with Memberpress.

We need some way to link Woocommerce sales to Kashflow and Zapier would be ideal - unless you have another solution???

"unfortunately we are not looking to integrate with Zapier" = time to look for a new accounting platform for me.
Shame, I have been using Kashflow for 10 years, and prefer it to Xero and Quickbooks...but I want to automate my work flow. And I use Zapier. I like Zapier. My accounting service will need to allow me to integrate easily with Zapier... Maybe it is time to trial Freeagent..
PS When I am looking for a new service for something, I search the Zapier Apps first. Maybe it is worth building Zapier integration for marketing reasons if nothing else. Just saying...

I have to agree about Zapier if Kashflow doesn't provide an API for this it will rapidly get left behind....Zapier is becoming the No 1 integration tool

I absolutely agree with Mike , Kashflow is great but the lack of intergration with Zapier is extremely limiting when trying to tie all of our cloud based softwear together. Whilst we love Kashflow if this doesn't happen soon then we will definitely be moving our accounting package to another provider probably Xero.
C'mon guys get it sorted !!!

Please take another look at this. Kashflow is great but is becoming isolated from our other cloud based systems (ecommerce, crm and document applications) that are talking to each other. Whilst we would prefer not to, it would be the single biggest reason to look at alternative accounting packages such as Xero. If not Zapier then what? ConnectMyApps is very limiting!

Definitely a powerful feature to have integrated. In terms of marketing & follow up, the integration between Kashflow and Zapier would fill all holes we currently have in our funnel. For instance a new invoice is created - this could then fire off an email in the not supported Active Campaign. Leading to testimonials/feedback & further work. This integration is at the top of my list, unfortunately Xero is ahead of the game and already supports Zapier...

Hi Rich,
We have looked at Zapier a number of times over the years but unfortunately are not looking to move discussions any further at this time. We believe that there are much more comprehensive solutions on the market that offer multi-integration capability and as such we will be focusing upon those areas before actioning any additional integrations.
Thanks,
Tom

I feel this is an area Kashflow is lacking in. It seems that recently kashflow is not quite the forward thinking and growing cloud solution that it seemed to be originally. OneSaas connectivity is no longer available either. IFTT is also an option but I think Zapier seems more business orientated.

Hi Wesley,
Please be assured that we are actively looking at new integrations to replace those previously available through OneSaas. Our philosophy is most certainly that less is more, we are looking to integrate with platforms that provide a quality integration for our users and represent real value to our customers rather than a sea of choices that actually offer no more than an occasional data call.
We are looking at areas such as payments, CRM and eCommerce for integrations and will have some news on this very soon.
Thanks,
Tom

When will there be news about ability to integrate with other applications via an alternative to Zapier? To improve business process on behalf of a client I would like to integrate her Kashflow app with CRM, Paypal, Mailchimp among others.
Please advise what other options are being considered? I would like to look at them in relation to the other apps being used by my client.
Also is there a timeline for delivery of this option so I can manage expectations?
Many thanks

Hi Jo,
We expect to announce something in the next two months that will provide some great functionality in this area for our clients. We will post an update on Canvass as soon as the integration is complete.
You mentioned PayPal and Mailchimp there, both of these are currently available within the KashFlow app. Would you like a member of the team to get in touch to help you set these up?
Many thanks,
Tom
