I am looking to create proposals/quotes via kashflow mobile app that would integrate with the system to convert into invoices if we win the work. We have engineers currently using several excel s/sheets to calculate a rough price and then transfer into Kashflow when back in the office

It should have special features such as creating invoices on the go. If I a have a full access code, I can create invoices, mark invoices as paid, etc. but my sales staff will have different codes, so they can only view statements and invoices. Special

Hello, the user interface may be optimized but its not that convenient and fast enough for a quick log in the system. On Android there is a third party app that connects to Kashflow and it is doing a really decent job. I was using the app a lot but since i switched to Apple devices that option is gone. I work 70% of the time on the go so fast access is very important to me. Thank you very much!

    Hi Jill,

Have you contacted support? There may be a bug or an easy solution that they can suggest?

    Thanks,

    Tom

    Hi,
Have any of the kashflow developers ever tried the app on a customers site to do an invoice,
For one you cannot use it offline, it's very slow and hard to use on an iphone.
I have been using kashflow for the last two years and really like it on the pc. Now that I realise that you are not going to implement a proper app for a mobile device, one like sage one, quickbooks and freshbooks have I have decided that I will be moving away from Kashflow. 70% of my billing is done on customers sites.

It would be very helpful for KashFlow users to access the software through an App, which can be used on Apple and Android devices.

I would really like a dedicated iPad app for creating invoices and quotes. I do a lot of callouts to clients in rural areas where more often than not there is no mobile data signal. I really want a dedicated app that will let me create the invoice there and then to be uploaded to Kashflow when I get back online. The other issue with the web app is that logging in takes forever - it would be great if we could login with Touch ID so it is faster to get to what we need to work on.

    Hi Olly,

We do have a number of requests for a mobile app and have looked into this in the past. Previously we have chosen not to go down this route however we are aware of the increasing demand for such a feature.

Regards the request for Touch ID functionality, this is not currently on our roadmap but it would be great to add a new request to our Requested Features page and see how many votes the request gets.

    Many thanks

Long term Kashflow user and business is going well, very happy with day to day use of the web interface howeve the lack of a well developed app for the iPhone and iPad although a small item is making me consider a move to another product.

Strongly believe this needs to be given focus by the Kashflow team

I have to agree with folks who've already noted that the user experience on iPad/iPhone is not great.

In this case I'm afraid that one size doesn't fit all. I only use my iPad to access Kashflow when I'm desperate.

Issues include - small size of script, lack of interactivity with the onscreen fields, and buttons.

Additionally, editing typing mistakes and so on is a real chore (OK some of this is down to the way iOS manages this task) but combine this with small field sizes and small text and the result is that it's hard to do any meaningful work with Kashflow using iPad and more or less impossible on an iPhone.

I would find a mobile app really useful. I am often out on the road visiting clients and sometimes I don't have 3g. Having a app that I can create an invoice for a customer to send when I have 3g would be great. I hate coming home and having to start invoicing when I could do it on the move.

Also it would be good to have a quick login such as a short code. If I was to login at each customers house with slow 3g it would add a lot of time to my day.

A Kashflow App where we can easily create and keep track of invoices on the go without having to search for the website.

I have just moved from MacBook to an Ipad pro and and extremely disappointed that Kashflow does not operate properly using it through Safari. Suggestions welcome! I will have to move a different provider if I cannot successfully acces and add purchases and invoices very soon as it means I just cannot work !

I have always used Kashflow and it's now well overdue for an App. Like others have stressed on here if one doesn't soon become available I will have to move to a different provider like Quickbooks. When can we expect to see an App available?
