Global Payments as a card payment processor.

They are currently not listed as a payment processor in Card payment Settings but I believe they are part of HSBC bank and very widely used.

Default focus on Supplier Screen set to search box

Unless you have a very limited range of suppliers, you will need to search by supplier. Currently you have to locate the mouse on screen and then click into the search box. Since this is probably the only action you would want to take at this stag...

Partial Save or Recover Document

Working on the presumption that the KashFlow uses the same or similar logic to MS Word, perhaps having a partial save or recover document for when things unexpected happen. Personal experience 2 hours worth of work lost as it deemed me "Inactive"
