Only view rights of all options (for audit purpose)

I would like to create a user who can view entire options in kashflow accounting but cannot add or edit any record, this requirement is for Audit purpose and cross cheque our user's work.This user can open records other than reports.

Aged debtor days for certain periods

When clicking on the customer you can see there aged debtor days, but there is no way to pull a report for certain periods. Would be really useful for the management account queries.
