I would like a feature so overdue invoices are sent out automatically after 30 days or whatever timescale I set. And then to automatically send it the final demands etc.
Paypal transactions can be imported fine, with the fees. But we can't find out how much they all add up to with a Report. They get assigned a bank code so it should be quite straightforward, all the best Ash

Would it be possible to have some sort of warning if another user is logged onto Kashflow? For example, if a client making changes whilst the accountant is logged in?

On kashflow you used to be able to export customers details as vcards and i have been informed via support that this feature has been removed as it was not very popular. I would like it to be reinstated as it is very useful feature.

When you import data from a bank feed, you can assign each transaction to existing invoices and purchases. However, for some reason, when you use the Kashflow PayPal import, there is not this option and you can only create new invoices / purchases...
