can the templates open in word so as to be fully amendable as we require since the current templates are very clunky and have very narrow Fields which are very difficult to use.

Everyone will benefit from the improved flexibility and functionality in creating templates bespoke for their business!

Reconciling: when reconciling using the "old, slow" method, the transaction list is not sticky

Add a setting to allow you to always have the list expanded if you navigate away. Expanding every time slows down what was fast on the legacy KF.
