The option to change the layout of a statement.

I'd like to be able to change the layout of a statement like you can change the layout of an invoice. Eg. I'd like to taken out the column for purchase order and add instead a column that pulls through the invoice description.

Reinstate vCards import for Mac.

I use this option daily for multiple customers from Mac. There are of course workarounds to create CSV files but it's another job that was handled nicely previously.
