Any chance of a report giving dates when changes have been made to employee's tax codes, what the tax code was, and what it has been changed to? It would also be useful if the user id could be provided.
I seem to have an employee with an erroneous tax code and I would like to see when this change was made, and by whom, as it's not tying up with the tax codes provided by HMRC.

We are looking at improving reporting and your idea is certainly one we can include.
I will ensure it is reviewed soon and will update you on progress. It may be this could be tied into work we do to automate the receipt of tax code changes from HMRC.
