Currently employees who identify as Non-Binary have no title that can be used. It is a requirement that a title is selected to enter an employee. Please can you add Mx and ideally also provide a tick box to cover this or make it voluntary as to whether you identify as male or female.

Unfortunately as HMRC do not accept this as a title currently we are unable to action this however we will keep this in our backlog and review it when we hear if this changes at all.
