being able to select the advance payment and the relevant unpaid invoices from the same screen, rather than having to work through multiple screens and select each invoice individually.

Hi,
Thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion.
We recognise and understand the friction you're describing. At the moment, applying customer credits requires working through invoices individually, which can become quite time consuming when there are multiple outstanding invoices and/or multiple credits to allocate.
We'll certainly take this idea into consideration as part of our ongoing prioritisation process. However, I want to be transparent that we can't make any commitment to delivering a specific solution at this stage.
There are a few different ways this could potentially be solved, and understanding more about your workflow would help us determine which approach would provide the most value.
If you'd be happy to, I'd be very interested in arranging a call so you can walk me through the process in more detail. It would also be useful to hear about any other areas of the product where you're experiencing similar friction, as that broader context often helps shape future improvements.
If a call isn't convenient, it would be really helpful if you could provide a little more information, such as:
How often do you need to perform this process?
Roughly how many customers are affected?
Are you typically applying a single credit across multiple invoices, or do you often have multiple credits/payments that need to be considered at the same time?
Do the credits and invoices usually net off completely, or do you frequently end up with a remaining balance or residual credit?
Is this generally related to advance payments/deposits, invoice overpayments, credit notes, or a mixture of all three?
Any additional detail or examples you can provide would be greatly appreciated and will help us better understand the problem and evaluate potential solutions.
