Myself and my wife both use Kashflow for our self-employed businesses. I have the Business package, but my wife only uses the Starter package at the moment.
I was surprised that she cannot edit the email templates for sending invoices - there is simply no option to do that anywhere (whereas I can).
The list of package features does not mention that this is not available in Starter - it would be a very useful feature for ALL levels!
