Extracting VAT info from two separate Kashflow accounts with the same VAT Registration number

We have two separate VAT registered accounts with Kashflow (two different components of our copany) both under the same VAT number. As you know, with the new HMRC Regulations where VAT returns have to be submitted digitally, I have found out from your customer services that it is not possible to extract VAT info from both accounts to submit as one Digital VAT return. Of course, it is easy enough to do this manually as we have done in the past. This presents our business with a big issue, as I am sure it will for more than just us. It would be very helpful if there were the facility to do this.
