I get quite a few prepayment invoices - to spread over 12 months. Rates for a start. A missing feature in Kashflow is to be able to set up a repeating journal to transfer the prepayment on a monthly basis. To have to do it manually every month is very basic. The depreciation journals are automated - it can't be difficult to set it up for purchase invoices.
