Help us improve

I would like to have a report that gives p/l by project. At present, I have over 40 live projects and to run a p/l report means that I have to go into each one, run a profit and loss report, download it the data. Then transfer that to a main spreadsheet which agrees back to the total p/l. Takes forever!
