I work with both English and French customers, issuing invoices in £ and in euros. When it is easy to create multiple emails to accompany the invoice, it is not possible to do so with the reminder letters. I could of course write both versions on the same letter but it is not very personal, which a reminder letter could be. At the moment, I keep the French version in a text document and paste it in Kashflow when I need it. It would be better to be able to have several versions of the letter available, and switch from one to the other. Thank you!
