Currently there are two ways to add your mileage to Kasflow. Use a 3rd party app to collect your gps data, load that data in to receipt bank which in turn adds it to Kasflow. Long winded to say the least and expensive, since you need to have a subscription for both apps alongside Kashflow. Or you can manually input every journey, postcode, distance, VAT etc which can quickly become a lengthy task when you have a lot of journeys to input.
I already use a GPS tracker to monitor my mileage which is free as part of my O365 subscription. What Kashflow needs is the ability to import the data from an Excel report so that you don't lose the autonomy of your GPS app when transferring to Kasflow.
