You have repeat Purchases, but as a service only company we do not have purchases. Is it possible to have a repeat expense? As we have lots of monthly outgoing bills that are fixed.
Hi Terry, an expense in KashFlow is essentially just a purchase that is paid immediately. To set up a recurring expense, you would just need to create Suppliers for each of the expenses you have each month - e.g. for water bill - set up your water company as a supplier, then set up a recurring purchase and select "Record a Payment" option.
