When I print a customer statement which needs more than a single page

1. the last table row on the first page has no bottom border.
2. There is no margin at the top of the 2nd page.  The only way to fix this is to specify a top margin for the pdf theme which breaks invoices and the first page of the statement.  All available outcomes produce statements that give a poor impression.

The fact that the logo can appear only on the first page requires that the top margin will need to be different as well.
