I find it hard to believe Kashflow don't yet have the ability to create Proforma invoices! I have now signed upto Sageone and will be moving away from Kashfow. Renaing QUOTES to Proforma is Not a Solution!
We have the same requirement, renaming quotes to profroma isn't an acceptable solution. We need both,
We have the need for Quotes AND Proformas, you can do either or NOT both!
This should be standard, as Sage and Xero all have the option to create a pro forma or a quote, without having to rename it in settings.
Clients also get confused why we are sending them a pro forma invoice when they have only asked for a quote.
Normal process is quote first, once accepted a pro forma invoice is sent, and once paid an invoice is said to client for their records.
Come on guys sort this out
I too need to issue proforma invoices, and am a little shocked that this is not offered. Please change this ASAP, and we'll all be happy!
