If a transaction is deleted after it has been included on a VAT return, Kashflow doesn't automatically reverse this on the subsequent VAT return. Therefore, at the year end there are VAT difference. Kashflow should automatically recognise that a transaction has been deleted and VAT reconciled and then post the reversing entry (this is what Sage does to prevent VAT errors).
