Quite a few of my customers want a quotation, but my system is usually set up for proforma invoice. If I send a proforma when they wanted a quotation, it would seem a bit presumptuous. So I have to go to settings and change from proforma to quotation, and change the email subject and body to reflect this. I wish I had a switch to select one or the other, so I wouldn't have to do this.

At the point of emailing the quote you can select a different email template from the bottom of the page (just next to the paperclip icon). You could create a 'Quotes' template and a 'Proforma' template and switch between two when sending. This should help with the email subject and content in the interim. We will however review the request to select various document versions.
