I have a 'Manager' user account, but when wish to send a mail from within kashflow it forces me to use the email and signature of our admin, this means any mails I send spoof as him and therefore all the replies go to the incorrect person.
I would like to be able to send emails with a reply to myself, and to have my own signature on the email.

We will review the request further, however in the meantime you could change the outgoing email address to yourself within the SMTP settings or even a separate generic admin email address.
