      I followed your instructions but could not find the boxes to tick to
      include customer telephone and email on quotes and invoices.

      Great news, you can already do this!  Please visit Settings > PDF Themes and select your theme.  You can then check on email address and telephone number from the form.  If you need further assistance please don't hesitate to contact support@kashflow.com
