When logged in as a Sales user I can see there is access to the ‘Historic Sales & Expenditure’ report. The majority of this report is fine but it shows the ‘BANK TRANSACTIONS’ of which are not appropriate for our sales force to have visibility of.
The problem is that the Historic Sales & Expenditure report is showing purchase/expense information in a Sales user profile. The same report is not available in the Purchasing profile.
This reports means none of our sales force can use this profile as it opens up information in Kashflow they should not see.
I was delighted to see that user profiles had been released but this is renders the Sales profile useless for the time being.
Can this report simply be removed from the profile settings and the 'Activity Report' be used instead??
This will be fixed in Thursday's release.
