When an invoice is overdue or if we need to contact the person the invoice was emailed to it is currently not possible to identify that person easily. It is not always possible to add these details in Kashflow contacts because we often have multiple contacts for each project. Trying to find out retrospectively can mean trawling through several emails and or contracts to see if the person was named or trying to remember who it was and hoping your memory is reliable!
