Following a review of our own credit control systems, we decided we needed to be able to set individual debtor credit limits in addition to setting their individual credit terms. After searching the customer settings sections I logged a support ticket where I discovered that the facility to limit a customers credit is not currently a feature....
In other systems I have used in the past this is classed as a most basic feature, and i find it is a very necessary feature Please Please Please can this be looked at asap...
