We currently scan all our incoming invoices to an online document management system. It would be very useful in Kashflow to able to attach a .pdf file to purchase invoices and maybe receipts, etc to cash payments so that they can be instantly opened in the event of a query. I can't imagine this has not been asked for before but I have not seen it anywhere.

Great news, this feature already exists. On the invoice screen there is a section at the bottom with three tabs; Payments, Notes and Files. Click Files and then Add File. If you need any help with this feature, you can email support@kashflow.com who will be happy to assist.
