Simple way of checking employees under-21 are on the correct NI category

A report that shows employees' DoBs and NI categories side-by-side would facilitate this.

At the moment the Quick Employee Reports include separate reports for 'Date details' and 'Authority details'.

A report that combines DoBs and NI categories would make it much quicker for us to check that NI categories are correct according to the employees' ages.
