The ability to add more than one tax code with the same tax value, to help with partial exemption and de minimus calculations
Would it be possible for Kashflow to allow the set up of more than one tax code with the same tax value - i.e. 2 different named codes @ 20%. I have to calculate partial exemption on part of the business and I use the de minimus check to see if I can claim all vat back or not. This means I need to split the vat on purchases relating to the exempt part of the business out from the vat on the fully taxable part of the business. For another business I have I use Sage and this allows me to log tax against different codes of the same value so that I can easily see which purchase tax relates to which type of expense.
