you should add the 'average days to pay' metric to the customer report (eg customers - download - all customers - download report). currently it can only be accessed by navigating into each individual customers page which is not scalable for large customer numbers.

Hi Matt,
Have you tried using one of our add ons, Satago? This will give you a much better insight into when your customers are paying and how much risk is involved etc.
