Thanks for your feedback. This is a great idea and we have had a number of requests to add letters etc to the invoice naming option.
At the moment the system will only accept numbers in the invoice name and this would involve a huge amount of development work to alter as it does reflect throughout the app.
Does this relate in particular to emailing files to customers or your own records?

Thanks very much for your quick response. It is mainly for my clients. They pay their invoices in batches at the end of the month and the ability to identify all the invoices from my company at the same time would make that much simpler.

Hi Andy,
To be honest, the only quick workaround I could suggest for now is to rename the PDF upon sending so that it can be identified better. However, this will not then relate to your invoice number in KashFlow so could cause some confusion there.
If you were willing to do this for now, it could solve the problem in the short term for your customers anyway.
