I come from a corporate real estate background where company structures usually have a split between the ownership company and the operating company and these are then both subsidiaries of a holding company at the top. The accounting systems I've used in these settings are typically part of the overall operational management system (JD Edwards is an example) and there are lots of intercompany transactions. I think if Kashflow was able to add functionality for intercompany transactions and group consolidations, I think there would be a strong demand for this from the real estate sector.
