Additional information for Product setup

The option of being able to add additional information to a Product would be useful. An example of this, one of which I could do with, is the option to add our barcode numbers.

I understand that not everyone needs or uses barcodes but I'm sure an editable option would be handy and would in turn offer an additional column on an invoice/delivery note.

    Hi Chrissy, The idea of an additional column for information has been brought up a number of times by our users. Unfortunately, adding additional columns or information in one part of the app transcends through the app and leads to quite an extensive development overall. We have looked into this a few times and found that it could consume a huge amount of development availability within the app that can be devoted to our top requested features. Can I suggest using an existing column that can be renamed? Or storing this information as part of the product description within your sales codes?

    It would be the best option for now, we will look at additional information/column options in the future. Hopefully this will gain some more votes and move up the list quickly.
